It is with great excitement that we announce that BBC's Flagship Motoring Show has started filming again for the 29th Series after being locked down and production halted since the COVID-19 outbreak began in March of this year.
Taking to Alton Towers The Top Gear crew for their first EV race for the first episode of the series Harris can be seen in the New Honda E, while McGuiness can be seen in the brand new Vauxhall Corsa-E and Flintoff in the Mini Electric.
Alton Towers celebrates 40 years this year so it seems fititng that the Top Gear crew film there and given the current COVID situation it seems very unlikely that we'll see them overseas at some point this year.
Top Gear is set to Return for Series 29 later this year on BBC One the New home for Top Gear, with Launch Dates and more information very soon.
